Product FAQs
To get the best fitting product for your dog, firstly you will need to get the correct measurements. Then you will be able to compare these to our size guide (located on our product pages). It is important to do this to ensure the product fits well and is comfortable for your dog, so please take the time to do this before making your purchase.
We do have breed guidelines on some our products, but this is just as a rough guide and may not be right for your dog, as all dogs are different even within the same breeds!
Our Pillow and Cushion Beds are a rectangle shape and great for dogs who like to stretch and sprawl out while they sleep. The cover on our Pillow Bed is removable for easy washing and replacement covers can be purchased. The Cushion Bed has a fixed cover.
Our Boxy Bed has high sides and a removable inner cushion, which is great to remove and pop in the wash for a quick refresh.
We would also recommend measuring your dog's approx length whilst she/he is lying down and compare this to our bed sizes to decide which bed might be suitable.
We do not have a D-ring on our dog coats, as they have been designed for your dog to keep warm and dry and not as a supportive garment, that a lead can connect to, like our harnesses.
We also don’t add buttonholes as all dogs are different sizes, therefore it would need to be in different places for different breeds. Due to this we cannot offer this service. It can be worn with a collar and lead, or if that is not suitable for your dog some of our customers will put a harness on top of the coat.
You will see a 'Notify Me' button on the product page when the item is out of stock. If you add your email then we will let you know when this product is available to buy.
You can purchase e-gift cards here. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them in our online store at checkout.

Yes we do. Shipping rates and options are calculated at the checkout, based on the dimensions and weight of your shipment and the shipping address. To find out how much shipping will cost, please add the desired products to your cart and complete the checkout process.
I live in Europe, will I need to pay import taxes to receive my parcel?
If you order products for delivery to one of the International Delivery Destinations (including Europe), your order may potentially be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination.
You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. If the goods are refused or returned to us for any reason, any shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer and these will be deducted from your refund. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 days from us receiving your return.
