We have partnered with SKOOT to plant trees as a way to offset our carbon and do our bit for the environment! With every order, we will plant one tree for you for free. You also have the option to add more trees to your order or purchase them directly.

We are currently planting Mangrove Trees because of the wider benefits they provide.

Mangrove soils are highly effective carbon sinks, locking away large quantities of carbon and stopping it from entering the atmosphere. In addition, they are vital in helping society adapt to climate change impacts, reducing the impact of storms and sea-level rise.

DELIVERY INFORMATION (UK)

The shipping price offered will depend on the volumetric weight of your order. This will be calculated at the checkout. Please be aware that large/high value items (e.g. carriers and beds) may not fall into the 'Standard Delivery' threshold.

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or DHL courier service.

DELIVERY INFORMATION (INTERNATIONAL)

We offer Royal Mail Tracked and Courier delivery services to most International countries. Once you've entered your delivery address, you'll be able to see the delivery services available. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected.

Please ensure that you enter an email address AND mobile number for customs purposes.

If you order products for delivery to one of the International Delivery Destinations (including Europe), your order may potentially be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination.

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. If the goods are refused or returned to us for any reason, any shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer and these will be deducted from your refund. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 days from us receiving your return.

Please note, we are unable to offer shipping to Kuwait, Russia, Belarus and Ukraine at this time.
